Lancaster Circus is landmark scheme in a gateway location by the A38 flyover on the northern edge of Birmingham City Centre, which will have a mix of residential and student accommodation.

We are currently in the early stages of the design process with architects Stride Treglown, exploring different options to redevelop old council offices, which we acquired in 2022.

Our proposal will most likely convert the site into three towers, one of which will be a landmark tall building that will transform the city skyline.

Although in its embryonic stages, we have named the new development Perryian Works, drawing on the history of the site, which used to be home to Perry & Co – the world-famous manufacturer of pens, chains, and bicycles.

Sama’s scheme will look to stimulate regeneration in this central area. The local authority is planning to remove the A38 flyover and improve the green spaces in this area of the city. Our intention is to work in tandem with these plans, creating high quality apartments, communal spaces, and green areas using innovative smart technologies to provide a net zero carbon development.
