We are excited to share new CGI images of our Brickworks Canalside scheme in Birmingham, which show different angles of the exterior, as well as the interiors of this soon-to-built property.
Designed by ADG Architects, the 85-unit residential complex will breathe new life into a brownfield site on the eastern boundary of the city’s historic Digbeth Quarter.
Brickworks Canalside is conveniently located on the intersection of Watery Lane Middleway (once the stomping ground of real-life Peaky Blinders) with Bolton Street.
The site is under a mile away from Birmingham Moor Street station, Birmingham City University, and the new HS2, and a 20-minute walk from the city’s business and retail centre, making the new apartments ideal for both families and young professionals who wish to be close to a wide range of amenities.
Our plans for Brickworks Canalside received planning permission in November 2022 and, as the CGI images show, the design will create modern high-quality interiors, while also reflecting Birmingham’s industrial heritage. The site itself is named after the brick factory that historically existed opposite the site.
Look out for more updates on this exciting project in the coming weeks…
